Sou Bounlutay

I help law firms stop losing potential clients by finding the point of loss and building the structure to fix it.

About Sou

The work begins where marketing ends.

Sou Bounlutay is the founder of Zinger, a consultancy focused on the systems that turn law-firm inquiries into signed clients and help firms retain the clients they earn.

Her work centers on intake, enrollment, follow-up, team communication, client experience, and the operating structure behind consistent growth. Before founding Zinger, she built and led client-acquisition and retention teams inside a national legal marketing company and worked directly with attorneys across the United States.

The question behind the work is simple: where is the firm losing the opportunity it already paid to create?
